SEA Prime at EBACE 2023 in Geneva
The growth of business aviation in Milan continues in 2023
SEA Prime, which, with the Milano Prime brand is a leading business aviation operator in Italy and Europe, is attending - at stand W78 - the prestigious EBACE 2023 business aviation event in Geneva with leading industry players.
SEA Prime arrives at EBACE after inaugurating the new Hangar X, the eleventh at Milan Prime Linate, which adds up to the 140,000 m2 of dedicated business aviation infrastructure managed by SEA Prime at Malpensa and Linate. In line with the SEA Group's focus on sustainability standards, Hangar X received an “Excellent” rating under internationally recognised BREEAM standards with a score of 84.7 percent, thanks to its energy-efficient features which include a photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 82Kwh, maximization of natural light from the four sides of the hangar, automated temperature control, and rainwater recycling.

SEA Prime after closing 2022 with a 20% increase in traffic compared to 2021, confirms its progress in 2023, recording an 11% growth in business aviation movements in the first four months of the year (+ 27% vs 2019), as compared to the European average that recorded a slight drop in traffic over the same period.
Milano Prime, the only business aviation airport to report a year-to date growth as of April among major European airports1, confirms its key role, within the Milan airport system, as a gateway for international buyers and visitors to the city's major events. Notably, the latest edition of the Milan Design Week saw peaks of over 180 daily movements and 80 aircraft on night stops.
"We are really pleased participate to this key event for business aviation after inaugurating the new Hangar X at Milan Linate Prime. Infrastructural growth is our mission and it is the result of the vision to keep investing in a business that has demonstrated growth capacity thanks to the size and quality of the infrastructure and services dedicated to its development" commented Chiara Dorigotti, CEO of SEA Prime.
