SEA Prime at NBAA in Fort Worth
Growth driven by the development of new infrastructures and premium services
In 2023 SEA Prime has managed 33,900 business aviation movements +4% versus 2022 and +38% as compared to2019. In the first weeks of 2024 peaks of traffic were recorded during the Milan Fashion Week (+6% compared to 2023).
SEA Prime’s results and strategic focus are driven by infrastructure growth, premium services and the unique position in Milan, one of the most fashion forward and visited cities in Europe.
In 2023 SEA Prime has inaugurated the new 4,700 sqm hangar (50,500 square feet) at Linate Prime, rated Excellent by the independent assessor BREEAM for its sustainability and energy saving standards, thus reaching a total of 12 hangars dedicated to business aviation for a total of 35,000 square meters (377,000 square feet).
In terms of premium service, notable are the developments of the "Fast Track" service at Malpensa Prime, which is targeted and dedicated to the transit of passengers of selected VVIP commercial flights, an innovative and one of a kind service for the Italian market. Milanese home soccer and basketball teams, as well as European teams arriving in Milan to play in the European competitions, as well as rock and movie stars and international corporations are increasingly requesting Milano Prime’s Fast Track service which guarantees a combination of comfort, privacy, and security.
“SEA Prime is constantly working to meet the increasing demand for business aviation services and infrastructures in Milano, with a focus on the 2026 Milan-Cortina winter Olympics, during which Milano Prime airports will be ready to welcome visitors, athletes and delegations", said Chiara Dorigotti, CEO at SEA Prime.
The National Business Aviation Association's NBAA Schedulers and Dispatchers Conference was held March 12-14, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas.
