Signature Aviation and Eve Air Mobility partnership
The agreement includes exploring the requirements needed for safe and scalable ground operations for advanced air mobility (AAM), as well as plans to integrate Vector, Eve's urban air traffic management software
Eve Air Mobility, a global leader in the manufacture and services of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, and Signature Aviation, the world's largest network of private aviation terminals, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to study the ecosystem requirements and ground services required for safe advanced air mobility (AAM) operations, efficient and scalable.
"Following the launch of our first full-scale eVTOL prototype, we continue to build on this momentum and look forward to partnering with Signature Aviation to support eVTOL operations," said Luiz Mauad, vice president of Services, Operational Solutions, Strategic Design and Ecosystem at Eve Air Mobility. "Eve and Signature will leverage their combined global presence and expertise in aircraft management and creating seamless passenger experiences. Signature Aviation's expertise in ground services, local knowledge, private aviation terminal operations, and passenger services will inform the procedures and ecosystem needed to accelerate eVTOL's launch readiness and scalability."
The agreement brings together two experienced and leading players in the global aerospace industry: Eve Air Mobility's expertise as an eVTOL manufacturer and Signature Aviation's global network of private aviation terminals. As part of the MoU, the two companies will also explore potential future business partnerships.

"The announcement of our partnership with Eve adds to a year of transformations for Signature, reinforcing our commitment to shaping the future of aviation through our sustainability initiatives," said Derek DeCross, Chief Commercial Officer of Signature Aviation. "We are always future-oriented to create and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests, and working towards a comprehensive ground infrastructure for eVTOL aircraft is a key part of this mission. This collaboration will combine our expertise, resources and creativity to find the most effective path to innovative, safe and scalable ground operations for advanced air mobility."
Eve's Vector software integration
In addition to the MoU, the two companies signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for Vector, Eve's urban air traffic management software. Vector is a software agnostic solution designed to safely address the unique challenges of air traffic and network management for AAM's current and future operations. The software supports reliable, efficient, and scalable fleet and vertiport operations, allowing operators to adapt as the industry grows. The company is moving toward an operational version of the software, which customers can now test to drive market progress.
Eve TechCare: Innovative services for eVTOL operations
Recently, Eve launched its integrated portfolio of aftermarket services, Eve TechCare, to ensure efficient and safe Urban Air Mobility operations. Eve TechCare is an innovative and comprehensive package designed to optimize eVTOL operations, offering customer support, state-of-the-art technical solutions and operational services. Backed by Embraer's 55 years of experience in the aerospace industry, the package includes:
►Technical support and operational solutions,
►Maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services,
►Solutions for spare parts and batteries,
►Training services and solutions for flight operations.
These services will be accessible through a digital platform, covering all the operational aspects necessary to ensure the day-to-day operation of the eVTOLs.
The innovation behind Eve's eVTOLs
With letters of intent for 2,900 eVTOLs, Eve's aircraft use eight dedicated propellers for vertical flight and fixed wings for cruise flight, without changing the position of these components during flight. The concept includes a push-to-push electric motor powered by two electric motors, which provide redundancy in propulsion, ensuring maximum levels of performance, safety, operational reliability and low operating costs.
The collaboration between Eve Air Mobility and Signature Aviation represents a critical step towards realizing safe and scalable ground operations for advanced air mobility, laying the foundation for an innovative and sustainable future in aviation.
