With an investment of $5 million, the lounge covers an area of 1,454 square meters, accommodating up to 250 passengers, including First and Business Class passengers, as well as members of the Skywards loyalty program. Featuring elegant and luxurious décor, it offers a wide range of exclusive amenities, including spa showers, free Wi-Fi, and a wide selection of local and international dishes, including traditional Thai sweets. The environment has been designed to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation, with a reserved area and a choice of refined dining.
Emirates has chosen to move to Terminal SAT-1, a modern area that makes the passenger experience even more enjoyable, thanks to advanced and easily accessible facilities. Located on the fourth floor of the terminal, the lounge is only a five-minute walk from the boarding gates, making access quick and convenient.

Emirates' service is not just limited to flights, but also extends to ground transportation, with the free Chauffeur-drive service for First and Business Class passengers, covering a 60km radius of the airport. On board its A380s, travellers can enjoy a range of exclusive luxuries, such as the Onboard Lounge, the Private First Class Suite and the Shower Spa.
