Boa Vista Airport, BVC

Aristides Pereira International Airport is in Cape Verde, located on the island of Boa Vista, about 5 km southeast of the island capital Sal Rei.

Boa Vista International Airport was opened in 2007 on a former airport site and expanded in 2010 and renamed Aristides Pereira International Airport in 2011.

Aristides Pereira International Airport in Boa Vista is currently the third busiest in Cape Verde. With a 2,100 m long and 45 m wide runway, 26 meters above sea level, it can receive up to five medium-sized aircraft and handle approximately 1,560 passengers per hour.
