NCE Airport

Nice

Nice Côte d'Azur is the second busiest airport in France after Paris, with a wide range of direct flights to over 100 destinations and scheduled airlines serving multiple countries.

In addition to Paris, it is also the only French airport to offer regular long-haul flights to Atlanta, Bahrain, Doha, Dubai, Kuwait, New York, Montreal and Riyadh, and the only one to welcome daily A380 flights.

The Terminal 2 redevelopment has been extended so that passengers can enjoy a new international departure lounge with a selection of new retail stores and a new airport lounge. In addition, new boarding gates, followed in early 2026 by a new check-in hall, a new baggage handling system and a new baggage reclaim hall. This expansion, necessitated by the growth in passenger numbers, should increase the airport's theoretical annual capacity from 14 to 18 million.

In 2024, Nice airport handled approximately 14.8 million passengers on all types of aircraft (commercial aviation, business aviation and helicopter traffic), compared to 14.2 million in 2023 (and 14.5 million passengers in 2019).

The Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur Group operates the Nice Côte d'Azur, Cannes Mandelieu and Golfe de Saint-Tropez airports and is ranked second in Europe for Business Aviation. The Group's three airports were the first in France to reach the 4+ transition level of the ACI carbon management programme and the Group has committed to achieving zero CO2 emissions without offsetting by 2030.
