The first luxury dirty vegan bistro in an enchanted atmosphere between green and pink
Milan is enriched with a new gastronomic chapter with the opening of La Jungle De Plein, the first luxury dirty vegan bistro in the heart of the city. This vibrant and innovative venue combines sustainability, elegance and culinary creativity, offering a unique experience in the Milanese gastronomic scene. The Jungle De Plein enchants the senses with an evocative design that alternates delicate shades of pink and lush greens, enriched with fresh floral decorations. The chic and welcoming environment lends itself perfectly to refined breakfasts, exclusive brunches and intimate dinners, in a combination of style and comfort that celebrates excellence.

La Jungle De Plein's culinary proposal is based on organic and locally sourced ingredients, transformed into dishes that celebrate the taste and art of cooking. Among the most distinctive creations we find the "Mushrooms in Wonderland", a refined dish that combines porcini mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, shiitake and poplars in an explosion of flavors.

In homage to the Italian tradition, the bistro offers Tagliatelle with San Marzano Tomato and Basil, a timeless classic revisited in an elegant way. Homemade tagliatelle, paired with a San Marzano tomato sauce and basil, offer an authentic, minimalist luxury experience.

For more modern palates, the bistro presents the Dirty Burger, an interpretation of the vegan cheeseburger: a burger topped with vegetable cheddar, lettuce and mayonnaise, accompanied by crispy fries. And a touch of opulence could not be missing with the Porcini and Black Truffle Pizza, embellished with the unmistakable scent of truffles, a tribute to the philosophy of luxury that distinguishes Philipp Plein.
