Comtes de Champagne Taittinger
This cuvée represents the emblem of the unique style and soul of the House of Reims. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from the Grand Crus of the Côte des Blancs (including Avize, Chouilly, Oger and Cramant), it is recognized as one of the best Blanc de Blancs in France. Its production takes place only in extraordinary vintages, capable of guaranteeing great aging potential: from 1952 to today, only thirty-eight vintages have been produced. The long ten-year aging gives this vintage an extraordinary freshness and vibrant energy. Its origins are linked to the history of the Counts of Champagne and the famous Thibaut IV, whose figure, represented by the Maison's seal, evokes refinement and mastery. For a very special gift, Taittinger also offers a wooden box with a mini-vertical of three thousandths (2011, 2012 and 2013).

P.R. 90-19 by Henri Giraud: a cuvée that defies time
The latest creation from the Maison Henri Giraud represents a perfect balance between heritage, energy and regeneration, making it ideal for New Year's greeting toasts. This cuvée comes from the Reserve Perpetuelle, combining two unique reserves: a base that dates back to the 50s and the Champagne Aÿ Grand Cru Fût de Chêne, introduced in 1990. Claude Giraud carefully guarded a part of each harvest, using it to create cuvées without vintage.
P.R. 90-19 is composed of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, thus obtaining a blend of wines from 1990 to 2019. During the three years of aging on the lees, this cuvée evolves slowly, maintaining the freshness of recent harvests and the complexity given by the long aging. The flavor profile opens with notes of croissants and cocoa, followed by fruity hints of peach, golden apple and pineapple. In the mouth it is elegant, with an iodized touch and a silky and refined finish. In homage to Nature and the connection between human intuition and the energy of the earth, P.R. 90-19 is enclosed in a green and recyclable package, a symbol of respect and sustainability.
