10 new dining concepts for Terminal 3 at Frankfurt Airport

A mix of international flavours, regional excellence and world firsts to transform the passenger experience into a unique culinary journey

Lagardère Travel Retail Deutschland has been awarded the management of ten food & beverage outlets in the new Terminal 3 of Frankfurt Airport, one of the most modern in Europe. This project represents an important milestone in the company's growth in the airport catering sector and an added value for passengers in transit.

With the theme "Heart of Europe" as a guideline, the gastronomic offer will be characterized by a wide range of proposals that combine European culinary tradition and international flavors. The nine planned gastronomic concepts include exclusive collaborations and world premieres, helping to create a unique and memorable experience.

Among the most interesting proposals are:

NENI Deli, dedicated to Levantine-Mediterranean cuisine, with an innovative and refined offer.
EL&N London, one of the most photographed venues in the world, is now present in Germany for the first time in an airport.
MAIN BISSEN, which renews traditional Frankfurt dishes with a contemporary approach.
ZIGOLINI, which brings the best of Italian cuisine to the table with artisanal pizzas and focaccia.
BREAD & BITE, with a refined interpretation of the classic sandwich, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Thanks to this initiative, Terminal 3 of Frankfurt Airport will not only be a transit point, but also a gastronomic destination of excellence. It is scheduled to open in 2026, offering an experience that combines high quality, design and a wide culinary choice.
