From exclusive shopping services to musical performances, the airport welcomes passengers with the holiday spirit
Heathrow Airport kicks off the holiday season by transforming into an enchanted place, full of glittering decorations, festive activities and surprises for all ages. With a programme that includes Santa Claus meet-and-greets, musical performances and exclusive prizes, Heathrow offers a unique experience for travellers this holiday season.

Christmas events for everyone
From 10 to 30 December, Heathrow is alive with a series of initiatives that celebrate the spirit of Christmas. Santa Claus and his elves visit the terminals, giving smiles and listening to the wishes of passengers. Little ones can enjoy creative activities led by Christmas Fairies, while travelers of all ages can take photos with Bjorn, a realistic and iconic polar bear from the airport.

Shopping and exclusive rewards
For last-minute shoppers, Heathrow offers a free gift wrapping service, with personalised ribbons to add a special touch to gifts. In addition, passengers can challenge the claw machines positioned in the l-endsto win prizes from luxury brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, Hamleys and Bollinger.
For a more exclusive shopping experience, the Personal Shopper service is available, which guides travelers in choosing the perfect gifts, away from the hustle and bustle of the terminals.

A record-breaking Christmas
With 58 Christmas trees and decorations that include giant light boxes and glittering garlands, Heathrow is a reference point for celebrating Christmas in style. The terminals are also enlivened by the musical quartet The Jingle Belles, which offers live performances from 19 to 23 December.
"Heathrow is a place where people come together, and Christmas makes this time even more special," an airport spokesman said. "Our goal is to create unforgettable memories for every passenger, with festive activities and a welcoming atmosphere."
