The best airports in the world 2025 according to Skytrax
Like every year, Skytrax has published its long-awaited ranking of the best airports in the world, based on millions of reviews and a detailed analysis of the passenger experience. The awards were presented during the official ceremony during the Passenger Terminal Expo 2025 in Madrid, one of the most important events in the aviation sector.
Winning the title of World's Best Airport 2025 is Singapore Changi, which returns to the top of the ranking after temporarily relinquishing first place last year. The Asian airport stands out for the excellence of the services offered, the quality of the infrastructure, the technological innovation and the immersive experience it offers to travelers, thanks also to internal gardens, relaxation areas and a high-level commercial offer.
- Singapore Changi Airport
- Hamad International Airport (Doha, Qatar)
- Tokyo Haneda Airport (Japan)
- Incheon International Airport (South Korea)
- Tokyo Narita Airport (Japan)
The ranking reflects the balance between continents, with a predominance of Asian airports, but with Europe rising strongly: Rome Fiumicino airport enters the Top 10 for the first time, confirming the redevelopment work and the growing quality standards offered to passengers.
Many of the top finishers also excelled in specific categories such as dining, restrooms, security checks, accessibility, and airport staffing.
The World Airport Awards represent one of the most authoritative references in the sector, as they are based entirely on real evaluations provided by travelers from all over the world.
