AF001: the exclusive fragrance for Air France lounges
A room fragrance, created by the famous master perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, artistic director of the Maison Francis Kurkdjian, available in the lounges of the airline
Air France unveils for the first time in its history an exclusive home fragrance, AF001, created by renowned master perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, artistic director of the Maison Francis Kurkdjian. The airline once again celebrates French excellence and its commitment to representing the country's art of living around the world.
A unique olfactory journey in Air France lounges
As of January 15, 2025, AF001 makes its debut in Air France lounges at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. The fragrance welcomes customers at the entrance and accompanies their experience in the halls, the La Première lounge and the areas located in terminals 2E (concourses L and M), 2F and 2G. In the following months, the perfume will be progressively introduced in all Air France lounges, both in Paris and in other cities around the world.

An essence that celebrates calm, light and sophistication
Designed to evoke an atmosphere of serenity and spaciousness, AF001 stands out for its enveloping scent, dominated by musky notes and embellished with mimosa from the south of France.
Accents of jasmine and rose complete this composition, offering a delicate and sunny floral bouquet that accompanies travelers in a unique sensory experience.
The name AF001 immediately recalls the Air France universe and the symbolism of flight codes. A special reference goes to the legendary Concorde flights that connected Paris to New York in the 70s, representing the pinnacle of elegance and speed in air travel. The name is also intended to evoke in travelers the memory of their first flight, a special moment full of emotions and discoveries.
The result of more than two years of research and creativity, AF001 represents a new sensory dimension for Air France, expanding its identity with a sophisticated olfactory experience. More than just a fragrance, AF001 is a symbol of French savoir-faire and a celebration of the unique lifestyle that the airline is committed to sharing with its customers.
