12oz opens at Turin airport
The coffee shop chain 2.0 in the airport boarding hall for coffee&milk based drinks
12oz expands its presence at Turin Airport with a new store for a tailor-made food & beverage experience for travelers. 12oz, the Italian brand specializing in the rapid service of coffee and milk-based drinks, inaugurates a new store in the boarding hall of Turin International Airport. With this opening, the chain strengthens its role in the travel retail sector, which today represents about 50% of its more than 30 stores between airports and stations in Italy. The collaboration with Torino Airport began last year with the opening of a temporary store, designed to assess travellers' appreciation for the cosmopolitan food & beverage offer of 12oz.

A cosy space and a wide range of offerings
The new 50-square-meter venue offers 28 seats and has been designed to meet the needs of passengers, who are increasingly attentive to the quality and speed of service. The menu ranges from iconic hot and cold coffee-based drinks, served in seconds, to a selection of sweet and savory food products designed to accompany travelers at any time of the day.
- Sweet and savory specialties: from the classic bagels and donuts, symbol of the brand, to new savory proposals designed specifically for this store.
- Versatile service: each product is designed both for consumption on site and for the "to go" format, ideal for those who want to take advantage of the time at the airport to shop or work in the relaxation areas.

Looking to the future: new openings coming soon
The opening of this new store at Turin airport anticipates further expansion projects planned as early as the first months of 2025. In fact, 12oz continues to grow with directly managed and franchised stores, not only in city centers and shopping centers, but also in innovative and unconventional locations.
12oz
Retail format of coffee shops 2.0, born in 2015 with a first location in Milan, from the intuition of the Italian entrepreneur and CEO David Nathaniel, for over thirty years in the breakfast sector for luxury hotels. In 2018, a joint venture was born with JDE Peet's, the second largest roaster in the world and part of the international giant JAB Holding Company, which has leading restaurant brands in its portfolio. JDE Peet's has invested in the concept, in which it strongly believes, becoming its majority shareholder. The powerful development plan provides for the opening of hundreds of direct and franchised locations, in Italy and abroad. 12oz promotes the new trends of drinks to be consumed on the go, already fully in the habits of Millennials and GenZ. It integrates the global and cosmopolitan taste of the offer with the speed of service typical of the Italian bar, thanks to a system of technologically advanced machines, which allows half of the drinks on the menu to be dispensed in less than 30 seconds, and high quality ingredients.
