New Wizz Air route from Rome to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
The new connection from Rome Fiumicino airport will depart on February 1, 2025 flights every Wednesday and Saturday
Wizz Air is launching a new international route that will connect Rome Fiumicino Airport with Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the capital of Gran Canaria. This new connection further strengthens the carrier's presence in the Italian capital, offering passengers new travel options at affordable fares to one of the most fascinating destinations in the Canary Islands.
The route, which will be operational from 1 February 2025, includes flights every Wednesday and Saturday, served by the Airbus A321neo, a state-of-the-art aircraft that represents the ultimate in efficiency and sustainability. Tickets are already available for purchase on the official Wizz Air website and via the mobile app, with prices starting from €35.99.
Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, located on the island of the same name, is a popular destination for its temperate climate all year round and for the diversified offer of experiences, immersing yourself in the historic charm of the Vegueta district, relaxing on beautiful beaches such as Playa de Las Canteras, or exploring the lush nature and volcanic landscapes that make the island unique.
