Vueling wins the "Best Airline Website" award
The airline's website was awarded the title of "best in the industry" among airlines
Vueling has won the "Best Airline Website" award at the WebAwards 2024, an award given by the Web Marketing Association. The WebAwards, established in 1997, annually reward excellence in website design, evaluating companies from over 86 different sectors. The selection is made by a jury composed of experts in the field, including web design, digital marketing and communication professionals.
Vueling's website was judged on the basis of seven key criteria:
- Design: analysis of creativity and aesthetics, as well as consistency with the visual identity of the brand;
- Interactivity: ease of use and quality of interaction with the user;
- Technology: innovation in the use of web technologies and multimedia elements;
- Course unit contents: clarity, relevance and quality of the information presented;
- Navigation: site structure and ease of access to content;
- Overall impression: general evaluation of the corporate image conveyed by the site;
- Innovation: degree of originality in the design and use of technology.
Thanks to the high scores obtained in each of these categories, Vueling's site has been crowned as the "best in the industry" among airlines. The portal, developed to ensure an intuitive and fluid user experience, uses the most modern technologies to offer customers a complete and innovative service, both in the search for flights and in the choice of additional services, fully reflecting the dynamic identity of the company. This is not the first time that Vueling has been recognized at the WebAwards: already in 2013 the company received the title of "Outstanding Website", confirming its constant commitment to innovation and excellence in its digital platforms.
