Vilnius Airport gets a makeover with six new dining options
The agreement with SSP introduces international and local brands, enhancing the gastronomic offer for travelers as part of a project to expand and modernize the terminals
Vilnius Airport takes a significant step forward in improving the services offered to passengers thanks to the partnership with SSP Group, a leading global operator in the catering sector. Under a seven-year agreement, SSP will open six new dining options, marking its entry into the Lithuanian market and offering travelers a wide range of culinary options.
The new dining options will include a combination of SSP-owned brands and international franchises, such as Burger King, to cater to both local tastes and those of international travelers. New features include Vilnius Bar & Bistro - Le Grand Comptoir, which will offer a selection of traditional Lithuanian dishes and international specialties, and Factory Bar and Kitchen, which will offer an informal experience focused on craft beers.

"We are thrilled to partner with SSP to elevate the dining experience at Vilnius Airport," said Gintarė Norvilaitė-Tautevičė, Chief Commercial Officer of Lithuania Airports. "SSP's expertise and dedication to quality will help improve the overall travel experience of our passengers."
The introduction of these new catering outlets is part of an extensive airport redevelopment project, which includes the opening of a new departures terminal in 2025 and the renovation of existing terminals. The renovation of the old terminals will begin in mid-2025, with the aim of creating more space for commercial services and improving passenger comfort. The completion of this project is scheduled for the end of 2026, in parallel with the start of the construction of a new arrivals terminal.
The new dining options will be inaugurated in the coming months and travelers passing through Vilnius Airport can expect an enhanced dining experience, reflecting a mix of global and local culinary traditions.
