New Bologna-Chisinau flight
The connection with the Moldovan capital is operated by the low-cost airline Bees Airlines and has two weekly frequencies, on Mondays and Fridays
The new direct Bologna-Chisinau flight, operated by the airline Bees Airlines Romania, took off last night. This new connection with the Moldovan capital provides two weekly frequencies, on Mondays and Fridays, departing from Bologna Airport at 17:55 and arriving in Chisinau at 21:15. The return flight from Chisinau is scheduled on the same days, departing at 15:40 and arriving under the Two Towers at 16:55.
Bees Airlines (BS) is a low-cost airline originating in Ukraine, founded in Kyiv in 2019, which operated flights from mid-2021 until February 2022, when it suspended operations due to the ongoing conflict. In 2024, the company took on the new name Bees Airlines Romania (E8) and now operates under a Romanian Air Operator Certificate, focusing its operations on connections to and from Chisinau Airport (RMO) in Moldova.
The introduction of this new flight by Bees Airlines Romania further strengthens the connections between Bologna's Marconi Airport and Moldova, a route also served by other airlines, thus responding to the growing demand for mobility between the two regions.
