Sharjah renews ACI accreditation for passenger experience
Sharjah Airport has been awarded Level 2 Airport Customer Experience Accreditation, issued by Airports Council International (ACI), reaffirming its commitment to providing a smooth, safe and technologically advanced travel experience. This unique global recognition systematically assesses passenger satisfaction at all stages of the journey, becoming a benchmark for quality in the airport industry.
The certification, initially obtained in 2022, was reconfirmed thanks to compliance with all the requirements, underlining the airport's positioning among the regional airports of excellence and its contribution to the sustainable and competitive development model of the United Arab Emirates.
In recent years, the airport has invested in intelligent solutions to simplify procedures, staff training and active passenger listening programs through feedback analysis. All this translates into a timely and proactive response to travelers' needs.
In addition to internal management, Sharjah International Airport continues to strengthen cooperation with local and international strategic partners, adopting global best practices to increase the quality of services and flexibly address industry challenges. One of the main long-term objectives is to position the airport in the city of Sharjah among the top five airports in the region.
