Ryanair's 2024 winter plan in Turin will be supported by two aircraft based in the city, with a total investment of $200 million, which will benefit over 1,800 local jobs and help promote tourism in Turin and the entire region throughout the year.
Paolo Papale, Director of Aviation Development Torino Airport commented: "We are delighted to celebrate 25 years of Ryanair's operation at our airport. The role of the airline has strengthened over time to the point of making Turin its base 3 years ago: since then, the passengers carried by Ryanair have increased year on year, contributing significantly to the overall growth of the airport. The increase in frequencies has been continuous, ensuring greater connectivity to our territory both to new international markets and to national destinations not previously connected".
Ryanair has been operating from Turin for 25 years, having carried over 17 million passengers to date. In Turin, the airline expects 2.4 million passengers per year and over 1,800 jobs. To celebrate the start of the 2024 winter program and the introduction of the three new routes from Turin, it has launched a special three-day promotion with fares starting from just €19.99, which can be booked exclusively on the ryanair.com website.
