Attractive seaside town with a wealth of historical evidence
When we talk about Rimini we think of its long equipped beaches, its sea, the lively nightlife that animates it during the summer months; but this city, overlooking the Adriatic coast of southern Romagna and surrounded by the peaks of the Apennines, is not only a holiday destination, because it preserves within its walls a past rich in history, 2000 years old, of which important signs have remained: from the Roman period, from the Middle Ages, ending with those of the Malatesta Lordship who dominated it with great political balance and artistic sense.

The Arch of Augustus and the Tiberius Bridge date back to the Roman period, symbols still included in the city coat of arms as well as the interesting 'Surgeon's Domus', an exceptional medical surgical kit of the Roman age, unique in its kind. And in its historical path, from the medieval period are the central Piazza Cavour with the Palazzo dell'Arengo and the Palazzo del Podestà, close and connected to each other, with the characteristic battlements that surmount them and the pointed arches.

SANTARCANGELO DI ROMAGNA
A medieval village always about 10 km away. from Rimini it rises on Mount Giove: small alleys, craft shops, taverns and typical restaurants full of warmth characterize it.
