The new Airport Service Center will be built on an area of 3,600 square meters and will have a six-storey structure with a total area of 10,000 square meters. Inside there will be numerous offices related to airport activities, conference rooms and a Hilton Garden Inn Bergamo Airport accommodation facility with 180 rooms, managed by HNH Hospitality. This development is set to become a reference point for travellers, improving the offer of services and hospitality offered by the airport. The project, curated by Gencantieri SpA of Magenta and conceived by Studio Milan Ingegneria, involves an investment of about 30 million euros. The works, which have already begun, are scheduled to be completed in 2026, coinciding with the start of the direct rail connection with the airport.

Giovanni Sanga, President of SACBO, underlined the importance of this project, highlighting how the new center responds to the growing needs of travelers and contributes to improving the overall quality of the services offered by Milan Bergamo Airport.

At the end of the ceremony, President Sanga signed a parchment containing a symbolic message with the institutions present, which was then inserted inside the foundations of the building.

"Building is like planting a seed to grow.
A building requires the attention of a gardener and what is destined to rise here
it will be taken care of in every detail to be at the service of those who travel and meet."
